When asked by @ashtangadispatch in their podcast, ‘How he has shifted his focus since his wrist injury?’ This is what he said…. “My body is strong but I have many places that are very fragile. It has given me an opportunity to take a really good look at this yoga stuff and figure out if I really want it. Because it would be easy to walk away to some degree. I have so many excuses to walk away but I realise this is what I want to do….I love this now and it feels right for me and I like the person it brings out in me.” Slots still available with Tim in Brighton.
