By signing up for this Mysore Monthly Rolling Membership I agree to the following terms and conditions and understand that:
- the membership allows unlimited access to mysore sessions only as listed on our timetable.
- there are no classes offered on moon days or bank holidays and this is factored into the price of the membership. No replacement sessions will be offered in lieu.
- my membership is personal to me and cannot be used by or transferred to anyone else
- my membership starts on the date I have chosen for the membership to start and renews automatically on a monthly rolling basis on the same date every month until I choose to cancel.
- my first payment is taken on the date of purchase and renewal payments are taken automatically on the renewal date every month using my stored bank card details.
- I may pause or cancel my membership twice a year for up to a period of four weeks. Notice must be given by me in advance of two weeks by email. This will change the renewal/payment date by the number of days I have paused/cancelled my membership.
- if a renewal payment fails due to card expiry, cancelled card or for any other reason, I am still liable to pay the amount owed using an alternative payment method. AYB will contact me to arrange the alternative payment and for updated bank card details for future renewal payments. Failure to make payment within 7 days after the payment due date may result in an administration charge of £10 in addition to the amount due.
- I may choose to cancel my membership anytime providing I give at least 14 days notice before the next renewal/payment due date. Notice must be given in writing by email to info@astangayogabrighton.co.uk and AYB will confirm receipt of such notice by email. Verbal notice cannot be given to cancel this membership.
- If the above notice is not given, my monthly payment will be taken and I am not eligible for any refund either partial or in full.
- AYB reserves the right to cancel this membership at any time by giving a minimum of 14 days notice and such cancellation will then take place on the next payment/renewal date following the expiry of the period of notice.
- From time to time AYB may need to increase the price of my monthly membership or to change the terms and conditions. AYB will give me a minimum of 14 days’ notice by email of any such changes and when the changes will take effect. If I do not wish to continue my membership under the new price and/or terms & conditions I can cancel my membership by email within a further 14 days to terminate on the next payment/renewal date and no further payment will be taken. If I do not cancel the membership within the time specified, the price and/or the terms and conditions of my monthly membership will change in accordance with that notice.
- AYB’s general terms & conditions and rules apply to this membership and to all classes at AYB including any subsequent changes to those terms & conditions and rules.
