Astanga Yoga Brighton is a compressive programme led by Sarah Miles with support from Kathryn Duckenfield.

Sarah has been teaching at the BNHC since 2002 and running the Mysore programme since 2005.
She has been authorised by both Manju Jois & Sharath Jois to teach Level 2 intermediate series.

Both Kathryn and Sarah have Senior Yoga Alliance Teacher qualifications .

The programme offers all options for every person’s needs.

From those people that simply want to drop in to a traditionally run astanga class to options for people that want to develop and deepen their practice.

The programme is traditionally run with Sanskrit counts and chanting. Set to match the structure within the Sharath Yoga Centre in Mysore India.
