The day will begin with two small group sessions of Mysore practice.
Followed by a two hour break for brunch.
The focus of the afternoon session will be will be looking at our personal understanding of yoga.
Weaving in philosophy to help us comprehend what makes it work and what are the obstacles that we can learn from.
We will also be working on some mental and physical changes that we can make to keep us grounded and light.
First Session: 8am–9.30am
Second Session: 9.30–11am
2 Hour break for Brunch
Afternoon session: 1pm-3pm
